I primarily help mid-sized companies in Vietnam in their growth journey, be it to enter the market, modernize their governance, accelerate their growth, run a transformation, or raise capital.
For example, I led the commercial transformation of a local software player, supported a Digital Lending company in its market entry in Vietnam, helped a local fintech expand its value proposition and product portfolio, or supported the sale of assets located in Vietnam to foreign investors.
